When we decided to go take a look at the homes they had available to walk through I was a little nervous. However, as soon as we arrived and began discussing options, Nate made everything very stress free and easy. No high pressure feelings at all! I always felt he was shooting straight with us. He laid out all costs up front and really took care to make sure he was presenting us with the options where we would be getting what we wanted in a home at the best deal possible! He was very knowledgeable and patient! If you go through Factory Expo ask for Nate!

Kelly Langer was the project coordinator for our home build. We had ordered just before the extreme supply shortages due to Covid. Kelly was really helpful in keeping us updated on the timeline of completion. It must have been really stressful for her as there were several homes on hold due to the unexpected supply chain shortages. We are really pleased with our Skyline home. Kelly Langer was our Project Coordinator and we initially came into the office in Arkansas City discussing our interests with Nate Downen. Both of these folks were really good about listening to our thoughts and getting us what we wanted. We literally knew nothing about how a double wide mobile unit was site installed and they went through the process along with providing helpful suggestions. More important than anything was that Skyline has given us full support with anything that was not to our satisfaction. They addressed problems and made adjustments until the issues were corrected.

I and my daughter drove 4 hours to Arkansas city after calling and making an appointment. Nate Downen was working with me and he was very informative knows answers to all my questions. The only thing is the home I chose there was no pictures and it was not on the lot. I really feel like I am buying something that I don’t even know what it looks like. I am a very visual and cannot imagine, so I looked online to see if anyone of your other places had it an was unsuccessful. But Nate was very nice and patient because I have called a lot during this process. I have been in the same place for 31 years. Maybe you can make a check list of things that need to be done.
